Initial Consultation
Initial Consultation is an opportunity for us to
meet you/your client, and their property; for us to measure rooms and to understand layout and quality of light in the home. Based on the consultation, we make staging recommendations that will best highlight the home's potential.
Full Staging
Full Staging service is for a vacant home, completely (or mostly) unfurnished. We provide furniture, art, and accessories to bring the property to its full potential. Full staging can be accomplished for some rooms, or for the entire property.
Partial Staging
Partial Staging is the perfect option for a home still occupied during the open-house process. Keeping in mind the owner still needs to live there, we work with existing furniture while adding other art/accessories and declutering to highlight the home at its absolute best.
