If the client wishes to move forward, we will work on your project to select the appropriate colors and texture, as well as specific furniture, art, and accessories

The Selections
We will pick up the materials at our warehouse, or acquire them specifically for your project
Step 4
Delivery
We will collect and move the materials to your (client's) home
Step 5
Installation
Our design team will strategically install all furniture, art, and accessories to maximize both the visual impact and the emotional warmth of the property
Step 6
A Staged Success
Congratulations, your home is staged, photographed, put on the market, and sold or leased!
Step 7
Removal
We will uninstall and remove the staging materials - OR - if your tenant/buyer's offer is contingent on the furnishings, then we will sell the staged materials to you (your client) at a pre-set price.
